In reducing tee, the third end is slightly smaller i.e. the pipe the branch port is a bit smaller than the ports of the run. AISI 4130 Reducing Tee is a medium carbon steel alloy. The forging temperature of this Tee is between 1230 and 950 degree Celsius. AISI 4130 Reducing Tee contains chromium and molybdenum as its strengthening agents. Because of its high temperature resistance and ability to sustain the high pressure environment, AISI 4130 Reducing Tee is used in manufacturing of Choke & Kill manifolds including Control Panel, Mud Manifolds, and Cement Manifolds, production of Pipe Line End Terminations, manufacturing of Mud / Gas Separators, Oil & Gas and Oil Exploration industries, and Manifold Equipment’s.
AISI 4130 Reducing Tee is high versatile and exhibits strength up to 600 degree F with good atmospheric corrosion in soaring temperatures. The reducing Tee is corrosion and oxidation resistant. The areas of application of the AISI 4130 Reducing Tee are Oil Exploration, high pressure jobs, drilling equipments, onshore offshore drilling, rig projects, deep water riser system, manifold equipments, debris/junk catcher manifold and so many.
